Board of Regents approves beer, wine sales regulations

The state Board of Regents has approved rules governing the sale of beer and wine at special events hosted at South Dakota's public universities.


Authorities have found a missing one year old after an extensive search along the North Dakota/South Dakota border.


The arts also play an important role here in Mitchell. Specifically the art of South Dakota native Oscar Howe whose connection to the city runs deep.
