The Sioux Falls man who led a trooper on a high-speed chase through Sioux Falls before hitting and killing another man, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Larsen-Smith also admitted to his fifth offense DUI.
He could face up to life in prison for manslaughter and another 10 years for the DUI.
He's being held in the State Penitentiary, because he was on parole at the time of the crash.
62-year-old Curtis Neuharth, a custodian for the Sioux Falls School District, was killed in the crash.
