It was a fun year, but it sure is nice to be back on the air in Sioux Falls. KSFY is a great place and the people here are amazing. One of the worst things about leaving KELO was not being given the opportunity to thank and say goodbye to the viewers that , over the past thirteen years, had become my friends. Now I don't have to say goodbye at all. Thank you! I look forward to many more years in this great place we all call home. It's GREAT to be back and on KSFY!

Shawn, it is amazing that you are back in the SF Metro and that you are now a weatherman on KSFY. I always watch KSFY "Action News" in the morning now rather than Kelo, Kelo has all kinds of new people and i am much preffering the Morning Team over here than at Kelo. Glad to see you back Shawn, and out of all these comments, make sure to think positive about any of the comments. You are a wonderful Weather Man Shawn, and i always watch you and Phil to get my day going! And my weekend here.

Myself and many others in the North East part of the state want Patrick back. If he was forced out to have Shawn then I too am very disappointed with KSFY. Maybe Shawn should spend more time at the weather station and get more into the weather and less into himself. Also you could watch tapes of Patrick and learn how to do the weather better. Remember the Aberdeen area is also in the viewing area. We sure miss Patrick

When I saw that you were coming back to the TV. I was so excited. I used to watch Kelo but they have so many new people it is hard to watch Kelo. I started watching Ksfy for the news and have not changed back to kelo. I think everybody at ksfy does a good job about reporting the news and weather. no matter what happend to the other guy. In return they got you. Keep up the good work and knowing you are from MN I say to you Go Vikes.

I found you the other night because KELO had tennis and I wanted the weather. I took a survey once on line and in it I said if you ever left kelo for another station I would watch it. So when I saw you I let out a little scream. So glad to have you back. I have never did a web search for a tv personality but when I found out you you were gone I had to find out why. I think one of the hardest things for anyone at kelo tv, viewers wise was that you werent and didnt say good bye to anyone on the tv. That was something that got to us all, rumors began and so on. But its nice to see you back and working again
