Sioux Falls Storm quarterback Chris Dixon says he's going to retire, after the season he's currently playing in. Dixon is playing for the Tampa Bay Storm in the Arena League. He played for Sioux Falls in three of the last four seasons, leading them to IFL titles in each of those three, including a championship earlier this month.
