An AP and WBA award-winning journalist, weeknight news anchor Paige Pearson joined KSFY News in January 2012.
Paige is thrilled to be back in Sioux Falls and is a proud native. She grew up a Jackrabbits' fan as her parents are SDSU alums. They rarely missed Hobo Days, Beef Bowl, or Little International. Not wanting to show state school bias, Paige spent two years at the USD Communications School. She completed her broadcast degree at Indiana University. More>>
An Emmy award winning journalist, weeknight news anchor Brian Allen re-joined KSFY News in August of 2007.
Brian was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. His work has been honored with an Edward R. Murrow award from the Radio-Television News Directors' Association for his reporting of the devastating 1993 floods which struck central Iowa. In 1991 Brian received a Quarton-McElroy Award from the Iowa Broadcasters Association for his efforts in broadcast journalism.

Phil Schreck is our Senior Meteorologist. Phil came to KSFY in 1988 from Cedar Rapids, IA. He is a member of the American Meteorologist Society and holds the AMS broadcast Seal of Approval.

Erik Thorstenson joined the KSFY Action Sports in 1995 as the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter and took over as Sports Director in 1997.

Jake Iversen grew up on Whidbey Island, Washington which is an island about 30 miles north of Seattle. He is the second child of four with an older brother and two sisters. After graduating from South Whidbey high school Jake heard the call of the Midwest and moved to South Dakota to attend the University of Sioux Falls. She is a proud 2010 graduate of the University of Arizona in warm, sunny Tucson where she earned a B.A. studying journalism, business and communication. Go Cats! Alex Ronallo started as a reporter for KSFY News in January 2011.
She comes to Sioux Falls from Rhinelander, Wisconsin, so she is already well acquainted with the snow and the cold! But one thing she wasn't prepared for was the wind! Still she's very excited to work in the Queen City. While in Rhinelander Alex worked as a reporter at WJFW Newswatch 12.
