AKRON, Iowa (KSFY) - An autopsy has revealed new details about a homicide case in northwest Iowa.
Forty-year-old Jeremy Hebert died of shotgun wounds to the chest and abdomen, according to KCAU.
The Iowa State Medial Examiner released the details Wednesday.
Hebert's wife, 33-year-old Becky Hebert, is charged with 2nd-Degree murder and faces an initial court appearance Friday.
Authorities say Jeremy Hebert was fatally shot last week by his wife during an argument at the couple's home on Evergreen Avenue in rural Akron.
