HARRISBURG, S.D. - Trenton Bass is a senior at Hills-Beaver Creek High School, who suffered a spinal injury during a football game in September. Many people have rallied around Bass since the beginning to help him recover from this injury that left him with no feeling below his breastbone. Air Madness is holding a dodgeball tournament on New Year's Day to raise money to help Bass in his recovery efforts.
The dodgeball tournament costs $120 for a team of six. Registration is open through the end of Thursday. You can call Air Madness at 605-767-1600 or email the general manager at firstname.lastname@example.org. The tournament starts at 10:00 AM on Monday.
There are three different divisions. One is for 5th and 6th grade, another for 7th and 8th grade and the last one is open for high school students to adults. The winner of the two younger divisions will receive gift cards to Air Madness. The winner of the open division will win $1,500 cash and $1,500 to a charity of their choice.
