Entrepreneur, investor Paul Singh visits New Tech High School

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KSFY) - Entrepreneurship and innovation are found all over the country, including right in our backyard.

And that is why a group of investors and entrepreneurs are spending time in Sioux Falls.

On Thursday, Paul Singh, the CEO of ResultsJunkies.com, paid a visit to New Tech High School, with the intent to see what it is like to live, work, and start a business in Sioux Falls.

Singh is traveling across the country to find the best startups outside of Silicon Valley, and see where great ideas come from at the source.

He said that he is impressed with the business environment of Sioux Falls, and the students he has met at New Tech.

"Honestly, this is the first time I've ever seen something like this program, and I kind of feel inadequate at the moment because there seem to be juniors in high school that are more well-spoken than some of the people that work for us, and I'm learning the concept of contracts they use here, I kind of wish we could apply to our own interns that are supposedly in college back in D.C.," he said.

Sioux Falls is the 49th city Singh has visited.
