SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KSFY) - Seven people want to be the next mayor of Sioux Falls. Now they will have a chance to debate the issues with each other in a live, televised debate.
KSFY News and The Argus Leader are hosting a two-hour debate.
It will air Monday, April 2 at 7:00 p.m. on the CW (13.2), one week before the election. KSFY Anchor Brian Allen and Argus Leader Reporter Joe Sneve will moderate the debate. The debate will also be available on ksfy.com, argusleader.com, as well as on social media.
Six candidates have agreed to participate in the debate: Kenny Anderson Jr., Jim Entenman, Greg Jamison, Jolene Loetscher, Paul TenHaken and David Zokaites. Mike Gunn said he will not participate.
Nick Weiland recently ended his campaign for mayor. He now plans to run for an at-large seat on the city council.
