AMHERST, S.D. (KSFY) - The Keystone Pipeline will begin operating again this week after a leak earlier this month caused 210,000 gallons of oil to spill in rural South Dakota.

TransCanada made the announcement Monday after its repair and restart plans passed a review by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA).

The pipeline will operate at a reduced pressure starting Tuesday.

The leak happened in Marshall County near Amherst on November 16.
