Fargo native Jonny Lang to headline JazzFest 2017

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KSFY) - A Midwest musician will headline a major music festival in Sioux Falls this summer.

Fargo native Jonny Lang will headline JazzFest 2017, which will be July 13-15 at Yankton Trail Park.

The Sioux Falls Jazz and Blues Society made the lineup announcement Monday.

Lang will headline on Saturday, with MarchFourth on Thursday and Robert Cray Band on Friday.

The Main Stage performers will include: Johnson McKinney Quartet, Burlap Wolf King, Brandon Sprangue, Henry Watters, Gypsy Mania Hot Club Quartet, Joey Leone's Chop Shop, Hadden Sayers, Dosero, Devon Allman Band and Sena Ehrhardt.

The 2nd Stage performers include: Bob Levesque, Brian Masek, Chris Borchardt, Denham McDermott, and Dogs and Liars.

The festival is free and will feature 18 hours of music.

Organizers said coolers are not allowed inside the event, and encouraged concertgoers to ride their bikes.
