Landscapes Management Company is based out of Lincoln, NE. Newman said as the transition manager, he will be in Sioux Falls for the next 45 to 60 days making sure everything goes smoothly with the new management.

Landscapes Management Company is a division of Landscapes Unlimited, which is the company that renovated Elmwood Golf Course recently.

There was quite a bit of controversy that surrounded the proposals of the new management that would run the golf courses. Eventually, Landscapes Management was picked by a committee. Newman said to give the company a chance to see what they do and how they improve the courses in Sioux Falls.
