We visit Bros Brasserie in downtown Sioux Falls for this edition of Monday Munchies.

Chef Ryan Tracy is originally from New Orleans and has brought a taste of southern Italian to Sioux Falls at Bros.

Opening the restaurant about seven years ago, Chef Tracy's goal is to give a unique dining experience to his guests with such dishes as bison oxtail, pork belly, and pork rib-eye just to name a few.
