SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KSFY) - A Sioux Falls man is facing robbery charges after police say he stole medicine from a local business.
Police say the robbery happened around 2:20 a.m. Saturday morning at a business near 10th Street and Sneve Avenue.
An employee confronted a man after he allegedly took four bottles of cough medicine from the store without paying. The two got into a fight in the parking lot, police say, and the suspect punched the employee in the face.
Police say the employee was able to recover the medicine and headed back to the store, but the suspect followed and tried to start another fight.
Officers arrested 24-year-old Napolean Gene Ducheneaux for second degree robbery.
