Severe weather causes widespread damage in Lake County

LAKE COUNTY, S.D. - Severe storms hit many parts of the KSFY viewing area Tuesday night, especially in southeastern South Dakota.
Neighbors in the Lake Madison and Brant Lake area say they were some of the strongest winds they've ever experienced.
The storm downed trees and flipped nearly a dozen boats.
The winds ripped roofs off storage facilities and destroyed several campers.
The storms also made their way into southwest Minnesota, where high winds collapsed grain bins in Lake Benton.
And in Marshall a storage shed was destroyed as two tornadoes touched down briefly south of town.
