SiouxFalls.Business Report: March 6, 2018

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (SIOUXFALLS.BUSINESS) - Jodi Schwan with SiouxFalls.Business stopped by the KSFY Studio to discuss the latest business news:

There's more activity ahead for Dawley Farm Village on the east side.

Bath and Body Works is expected to open late this month and Buffalo Wild Wings is under construction.

A rezoning going through the Sioux Falls City Council would allow for a hotel, although nothing is done yet.

Next up – office space. An office park is scheduled to start construction later this year and open by the end of the year.

It is being designed to include a bank, daycare and other small office buildings or neighborhood services.

We have some news just-in tonight about the former Bracco World Café.

It has been closed since the end of last year and now has a new start. Turks & Caicos Cabana Grille will be opening at the restaurant at the Bridges at 57th this spring.

It is a new concept from Vanguard Hospitality, owners of Minervas downtown, Morrie’s Steakhouse and Grille 26. And if you like the casual feel of Grille 26, we think you’ll like Cabana Grille. It will be full of fresh, island and coastal-inspired foods.

The restaurant itself is being totally redesigned to lighten it up with a clean, airy and updated feel. And of course the patio will be open as soon as the weather allows.

We look forward to showing you inside once it is done.
