SIOUX FALLS, SD (KSFY) - This year's Ride Across South Dakota (RASDak) is focused on giving back to the tour's host communities.
It's the fifth year for the annual bike ride across the state. This year's route will feature some of the best places in South Dakota as well as new stops along the way between Rapid City and Sioux Falls.
This year, RASDak will donate a Saris bicycle repair station to the city of Rapid City, to the city of Sioux Falls and to Badlands National Park.
The tour also supports student scholarships through the RASDak fund at the South Dakota Community Foundation for awards to students in host towns.
The bike ride runs from June 4 through June 10. Registration for RASDak is limited, and full-week and single-day riders are welcome.
