Four more charged in fatal Sioux Falls crash

Sioux Falls (KSFY) - Police announced warrants for four more people following Wednesday's fatal car crash. Two of those people are the parents of a teenager charged in the crash.

Christian Walberg, 18, of Sioux Falls was charged with distribution of marijuana, and hit and run.

Joseph Lingor, 50, and Vicki Lingor, 54, both of Sioux Falls are charged as accessories to a crime, misprision of felony and making a false report.

Alexander Lingor, 16, was arrested Thursday. He's charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, second-degree manslaughter, aggravated assault and injury hit-and-run. He is being charged as an adult.

The fatal crash happened around 4:00 Wednesday morning. Lieutenant Mike Colwill of the Sioux Falls Police Department says it was all over a small amount of marijuana.
Alexander Lingor was driving the pickup police say chased another car, which veered off the road and hit a tree Wednesday morning.

Kareem Cisse, 15, died in that accident.

Police say Joseph and Vicky Lingor tampered with the vehicle involved in the incident.

Walberg was a passenger in the pickup.

An arrest warrant was issued Friday afternoon for Nyounkpao Kyne, 18, of Sioux Falls. Kyne was driving the car. He faces charges of vehicular homicide, vehicular battery, manslaughter second degree, and driving while intoxicated. The warrant carries a $10,000 bond.
