How to make a Norwegian dish that's so popular during the holiday season

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - It's a tradition for many families to make the Norwegian flatbread, lefse, during the holiday season. Maxwell Food Equipment, Inc. in Sioux Falls wanted to offer classes to learn how to make the Norwegian recipe to get people in the kitchen and learning. It is taught by Amber Lounsbery. She learned from her mother-in-law. Lounsbery said she thinks lefse is so popular around the holiday season because it takes time to make the flatbread. It also creates an excuse for families to get together in the kitchen to create memories.
