1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips
1 (7-ounce) chocolate bar, grated
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
DirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
Roll dough into 1-1/2-inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden around edges.
