In tonight's "Burglaries & Break-Ins" report, tool thieves are at it again in Sioux Falls;

And a new report shines a bad light on South Dakota gun laws.

Sioux Falls Police are trying to find whoever stole a construction trailer from a work site in the 77-hundred block of West 55th Street.

The trailer has been found: the 8-thousand dollars worth of tools inside hasn't.

In Mitchell over the weekend, Davison County authorities received reports of an underage drinking party in a rural area north of town. it was broken up; one minor was arrested for public intoxication while another person was arrested for DUI.

And the Brady Campaign for gun control has given South Dakota an abysmal 6 out of 100 rating for our gun safety laws;

Among the list, South Dakota is criticized for a lack of limitations for the sale and possession of assault weapons.
