Police warn of daytime burglars hitting homes in southern Sioux Falls:

And vandals do damage in Yankton.

Sioux Falls Police say the burglarized home is in this south Sioux Falls neighborhood near the intersection of Caraway Drive and Jasmine Trail near 57th and Western.

Police say several rings were stolen, one with a three carat diamond; also taken were fox and mink furs and Harley-Davidson collectibles.

Police have no suspects.

Crane-Youngworth Football Field in Yankton is home for Yankton Public High School football games but vandals decided it needed some re-modeling.

Someone broke onto the field Tuesday morning and vandalized: there's over 17-hundred dollars in damage.

The field was also broken into and vandalized last week.

And Aberdeen Police continue looking into a burglary at a home yesterday in the 900 block of South Jay Street: no suspect.
