Sioux Falls Police are working to solve an assault case that happened on August 7th at the Sioux Empire Fair in Sioux Falls.

A 20 year old man was walking through the W-H Lyon Fairgrounds when he reported being attacked by as many as five people, one armed with a baseball bat which was used to hit the victim in the head before one of the assailants took his wallet.

The five suspects are described as all being black males dressed predominately in red colored clothing. All are believed to be in their late teens to their early 20's. 

Sioux Falls Police are also working to solve two cases of daytime robberies which happened in the city back in July.

The first home hit was on Donahue Drive near 33rd Street and Kiwanis Avenue.

The second home was located on Saint Andrews Circle near 57th Street and Minnesota Avenue.

In both cases, jewelry was apparently the main target: if you combine these two cases, 60-thousand dollars in jewelry was stolen.
