Financing The KSFY Charity Home

By Caitlin Haedicke

The KSFY Charity Home is coming right along.

The home is being built in Sioux Falls' Grand Prairie development and the construction is being financed by US Bank.

Even if the home you'd like to build isn't as big as this one, experts say discussing financing should be at the top of your to-do list. Unfortunately, that's not always the case.

"They've already finalized the deal with the contractor and the contractor's ready to dig the hole and start the foundation and we're racing to get the financing put in place in time to meet those contractors," said Darin Daby, US Bank Vice President.

When it's done, the one million dollar custom designed home will be open for tours. The money will go to the Children's Home Society, and then it will go on the market.
