The KSFY Charity Home project continues to move right along at the Grand Prairie Development south of Sioux Falls. And our partners at "Creative Building Corporation" gave us an inside look at one of the home's unique features.

It's easy to see why this will be a million dollar home.

"We've got some specialty ceilings that we're gonna be ready to do," said Troy Stallings.

Troy Stallings with Creative Building Corporation says one of the highlights of the home will be a vaulted, curvature ceiling. It's European type architecture, based on buildings in the Tuscany area of Italy. The master bath suite will feature his and her vanities, each eight foot long, and will eventually include a huge master bathtub.

And then there's this:

"His closet is above her closet and he's got a balcony closet that overlooks her closet down below," said Stallings.

Much of the inside framing is now done on the home. What comes next will be the selection, and then installation, of water fixtures such as sinks, showers and toilets.

Once the home is built, we'll be selling tickets for tours with the money raised going to the Children's Home Society.
