The 37-year-old is wanted by the State of South Dakota for failing to pay child support. According to the Department of Social Services, he hasn't made one payment since 2005. Tarver owes more than $20,000 in child support to a Sioux Falls family he left behind.

According to Minnehaha County Sheriff's Sgt. Jason Gearman, Tarver had previously been extradited from Oregon and could be in that area. Here's a description on what he looks like:

Race: White
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 175 lbs.

I agree with wildflower too. This guy deserves to be on this he needs to pay. The least he can do is help support the children because he did help make them.

I agree w/ wildflower. Anybody can get a job recession or not. It may not be full time w/ benefits, but it's a pay check at the end of the week that will help.I worked 2 jobs because of a deadbeat dad.
