A sixth fugitive has been caught after appearing on Action News' Wheel of Justice.

According to the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office, authorities arrested 47-year-old Ricky German in Osceola County, Iowa. He was wanted in Minnehaha for a number of charges, including failure to register as a sex offender and forgery.

In an e-mail, Sgt. Jason Gearman informed Action News of the arrest late Thursday.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is currently holding German. Jail staff says they're working on paperwork, which will enable authorities to bring him back to South Dakota.

47-year-old Ricky German is one of Minnehaha's Most Wanted.

Convicted of first-degree rape, German is a sex offender. However, the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office says he continuously fails to register, as required by state law. Because his last known address was in Minnehaha County, German is one Sheriff Mike Milstead's Most Wanted list. German is also wanted for forgery.
