A ninth fugitive is off the streets thanks the Action News' Wheel of Justice.

According to Minnehaha County Sheriff's Sgt. Jason Gearman, 35-year-old Simon Griego turned himself into authorities at around ten Wednesday morning. In an e-mail, Gearman said, "He showed up at a court hearing and was arrested by court security. "

One of Minnehaha's Most Wanted, Griego was wanted for possession of a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance.
