45-year-old Todd Tuttle is not only one of Minnehaha's Most Wanted, but the most wanted man in Brandon, SD. Tuttle is wanted on several charges, including:

Multimedia

Possession of a controlled substance (meth)
Marijuana possession
Eluding law enforcement
Simple assault

"Todd is a known and confirmed drug user," said Brandon Police Captain Wayne Ellingson. "He is a known flight risk and very violent towards law enforcement."

Ellingson says Tuttle is also known to be abusive towards his wife and is driving her vehicle illegally.

On their Most Wanted website, the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office says Tuttle lives at 413 2nd Avenue in Brandon. Ellingson says Tuttle installed a camera near his front door, so he can see when law enforcement is there.

Tuttle is believed to be armed and dangerous. Ellingson says Tuttle typically carries a 9MM handgun.
