Russell Lee Thomas has been the latest criminal to be targeted on the Wheel of Justice.

Russell Lee Thomas was born on January 3rd of 1974 and was convicted of felony assault of a law enforcement officer. He stands 5' 8" inches tall weighs 160 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.

Russell Lee Thomas assaulted a sheriff's deputy, who had responded to a domestic violence call. Thomas was sentenced to a combination of jail time, and probation but Thomas failed to show up and fulfill any of the conditions of his sentence, and is currently at large. Thomas has a history of driving while under the influence of alcohol, and drug usage.
