What can we do with the interior of the house?

2) Keep it simple.
· Painting the rooms can make a huge difference in a home
· Cleaning or replacing your carpet is also a good change to consider
· Changing the knobs on your cabinets, light fixtures, door handles, and bathroom fixtures can really update your home
· If your cabinets are older…consider just changing the doors on the cabinets to update them.

Are there a few things that you probably should not do?

3) Don't over improve your home.
· Don't spend money on a brick paver driveway if no one in your community has one.
· Stay away from putting in a pool, you limit your market for resale.
· Keep up with what your community is doing, just don't go overboard
· Always think about resale when you thinking about doing something for your home
