South Dakota teen died in Nebraska crash, patrol says

MERRIMAN, Neb. (AP) - Authorities say a 15-year-old South Dakota resident has been killed in a Nebraska crash.

Norfolk radio station KNEN reports the crash happened just after 9 a.m. Sunday on Nebraska Highway 61, just north of Merriman. The Nebraska State Patrol says a southbound pickup ran off the roadway and rolled into a ditch, landing on its roof.

The conditions of the driver and another passenger have not been reported. The patrol identified the 15-year-old as Sydney Lindbloom, of Pierre, South Dakota.
