6 each English muffins
6 each whole eggs
12 ea slices of Canadian bacon

1 cup hollandaise sauce
(1 cup butter-3 egg yolks-lemon)

Gently heat and warm egg yolks over steam or hot water bath
Remove from heat and add warm liquid butter in a stream, add juice of 1 lemon.
