Vegan Mixed Grill

Some Veggies take less time to grill, some take more.
Do NOT put mixed Veggies on the SAME skewer, as some will be mushy, and some raw.

Season/marinade(**see below) all the veggies, then put only ONE TYPE on each skewer.
Grill each type of Veggie/Skewer until just softening. Remove from the grill and hold warm...in a 175.F,Oven.

When all the Veggies are done, mix them and serve with chips or over coked white rice.

**Marinade: OIL of choice to coat the veggies of choice.
A good splash of dried Spice Mix, such as Tones Tuscan Chicken Mix.
Toss, Coat, Refrigerate...30 Minutes, or overnite.
Skewer Veggies by TYPE.
Grill to softness desired independently. Remove, hold warm, mix with other 'just done' Veggies.
Serve with Pita Chips, or over cooked white rice. Add Balsamic vinegar to thr marinade for a real KICK.
