Fiesta Steak Sandwiches

4 Kaiser or ciabatta rolls
1 # Flank steak
Marinade in Refridgerate overnight with
4 oz Kikkoman marinade
2 T Worcestershire
1 clove chopped garlic
1 t seasoned pepper
1 T olive oil

8 oz Cream cheese
1 T Roasted Garlic
1 T Seasoned Pepper
2 T Diced green chile

Grill or pan fry steak to med or med-rare . Slice cross-grain in 1/8 to 1/4 in. slices. Cut rolls and toast slightly. Mix cream cheese, garlic, pepper and chile, spread onto rolls. Layer on steak and quarter sandwiches. Arrange on party tray with chips.
