Grandma Gert’s Irish Onion Potato Soup

6 to 8 large potatoes peeled and cubed
1 onion thinly sliced and diced or dehydrated onion
Diced celery
Evaporated Milk
Chicken Broth

Garnish with shredded cheese

Mix all of the ingredients together, in a soup pan and bring to a boil, then cover it and alow it to simmer for an hour. Serve hot.
