Salsa Ranch Sauce 1 cup ranch dressing Batter ½ cup Water 3 med Zucchini (¼” slices, lengthwise) Slice zucchini. Salt and let rest for 10 minutes. This will leach some of the liquid. Prepare batter and let sit for 1 hour. Dredge squash in batter and drop in oil. Fry crisp, drain on paper towel and serve with sauce.
