Artichoke Tart

1 can artichoke hearts
3/4 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup ( 3 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
3/4 cup (3 ounces grated parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ( 10 inch) deep-dish pie shell, frozen

Combine the whipping cream, milk, swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, thyme and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Pour the egg mixture into the frozen pie shell. Arrange the artichokes on top of the egg mixture. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
