Shrimp Angelina

1 T butter
2 T sliced onion
2 cloves garlic
8 sweet piquante peppers
1/4 cup chicken stock
Penne pasta
1 T capers
1/4 cup heavy cream

Heat butter. Toss in sliced onions and garlic. Add shrimp and toss. Cook 1 minute. Add peppers, capers, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and heavy cream. Cook until thick.
