Candy Corn Soup4-6 Ears of Candy Corn-Sweetcorn 1 Tbs olive oil Remove husks and silk from the ears of corn. Cut corn off the cobs. Set aside 1 cup of corn for later use. Rub the back of your knife across the cobs to release the "milk" from the cob. Cut the cob in half and put in a stock pot. Add the 6 cups of cold water. Add 1 Tbs kosher salt and 1 tsp pepper. Bring the water up to a boil and reduce the heat. Let simmer for 30 min. By Chef Danica Uherka The following comments do not necessarily represent the views of KSFY.com.
