Southwestern Pasta

Ingredients:
6oz - Grilled sirloin sliced
1oz - Fresh Garlic chopped
3oz - Red Onion Sliced
3oz - Red Pepper Sliced
2oz - Black beans
2oz - Black Olives
2oz - Diced Tomato
8oz - Penne Pasta
½ oz Fresh Cilantro chopped
2 to 4oz Olive oil
2 to 4oz Southwestern Seasoning

Southwestern Seasoning:
Ingredients:
¼ Cup Chili Powder
2 Tbs Paprika
3 Tbs Ground Cumin
1 ½ Tbs Granulated Garlic
1 ½ Tbs Granulates Onion
1 Tbs Kosher Salt

In a pot of boiling water cook the pasta till al dente drain and cool.

In a sauté pan heat the olive oil put in the red pepper, red onion, black beans, black olives, fresh garlic, sauté for a minute, add steak and pasta heat until pasta is hot add seasoning and some cilantro then add the diced tomato. Put in a pasta bowl and garnish with the chopped cilantro.
