Make your favorite cheesecake recipe & make it without the crust.

Cool & let set.

When the Cheesecake is cool & set put it in a mixer & mix (about 5 minutes). Take the mixed Cheesecake & put into a pastry bag & pipe dollops onto wax paper. Insert lollipop stick & put in freezer til hard (15 minutes).

When Lollipop is ready dip into your favorite toppings.

Like melted milk chocolate, melted white chocolate, melted cherry chips....
Chopped Reese's, toffee bits, nuts.
