Crab Stuffed Mahi Mahi

Get ready for summer with this tropical recipe.

2 - 8 oz. Mahi Mahi Fillets
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Chopped Shallots
2 tsp Diced Red Pepper
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
1/3 cup Crab Meat
2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except Ma hi Ma hi and mix well. Cut a pocket into the Mahi Mahi fillets and fill with stuffing. Bake uncovered in 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until done.
