Worlds Best Mojito

A refreshing drink on a hot summer night.

1) Tear 4-5 fresh mint leaves and add to pint glass
2) Add 1oz Simple Syrup
3) Muddle with muddler (wooden kitchen spoon will work also) just to bruise mint
4) Squeeze 1 lime wedge into glass
5) Add 1/2 cup ice and 2 oz Bacardi Limon and shake or stir
6) Top off glass with 1/2 Club Soda and 1/2 Sprite or 7up
7) Garnish with mint and slice of lime
