KSFY Live In The Morning anchors Chris Studer and Valerie Gutierrez talk with city leaders throughout South Dakota about their towns, what's happening there and what's new. They talked talking with Winner Mayor Richard Lewis. He talked about the city's economic gains from out of town pheasant hunters.

Mayor Lewis also discussed the ongoing improvements to the city's ammenities, including plans to raise funds to build a new pool that could open in 2009.

South Dakota pilots are familiar with Winners aiport and its new hanger. There's already a long landing strip and plans are underway to extend the strip even more.
