Blowing Snow Causing Problems

By KSFY News

Today's high wind and blowing snow have created some hazardous driving conditions.  Authorities have responded to at least two rollover accidents today.  Three people are being hospitalized after two vehicles lost control and rolled over two miles east of Harrisburg.

At this time, the extent of injuries is not known.  Two people were unconscious when emergency teams arrived.  Authorities say the weather conditions definitely contributed to the accident.  The Highway Patrol says the roads are getting drifted over with snow and becoming snow-packed and slippery.

Another driver was airlifted to the hospital after a rollover accident on I-90, one mile east of the Minnesota border.  That driver was thrown from the vehicle, but conditions and names have not yet been released.
