Woman Accused of Raping Teenager

A Sioux Falls woman is facing two counts of 4th degree rape for allegedly having sexual relations with a 15-year-old boy.

According to court documents, the mother of the 15-year-old reported to DSS that 28-year-old Marchelle Dawan West-Boston had sex with her son during the summer of 2007.  The defendant had been staying at the teen's friend's house in Humboldt South Dakota, when she allegedly "came on to" the victim. 

The victim also allegedly received letters from West-Boston.  In those letters, she said that she loved him and that she was pregnant with his baby.  West-Boston was indicted by a Minnehaha County Grand Jury on two counts of 4th Degree Rape.

She will appear in court next week.

She must have been really really lonely. lonely enough to allow a 14 year old to comfort her. THE POWER OF PRAYER IS A WONDERFUL THING. So to everyone who wants to judge others or do harm to hurt others, pray before you act. Try not to judge this person, she'll get what she deserves.

Oh please. I know enough 15 year olds to know they're not as inicent and they seem! He knew what he was doing and she's probably messed up in the head. More then likely, he took advantage of her.

I am glad to hear she is not expecting. From the sounds of it the other five children involved are going to go through enough pain. I'm just glad theirs not a 6th involved. Good luck to the victim and he is in my prayers.

I just cannot believe that a grown woman, whom probably has kids of her own, could do something like this. What in a 14 year old is attractive? I dont get it. I can say I am a shocked mom over this story.
