Man Arrested on Rape and Child Porn Charges

According to Police Information Officer Sam Clemens, Sioux Falls police were alerted to child pornography that was found at a local business by company employees.  The pictures had been printed off the internet. 

During the course of the investigation, it was alleged that the same suspect raped a 6-year-old girl in 1999.  An arrest warrant was issued and on June 27th, the suspect was located and arrested in the Sturgis area.   Police say 46-year-old Troy Thomas Fuller was charged with 1st Degree Rape and 3 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. 

Fuller is being held in the Minnehaha County Jail.
