Man Under Arrest After Police Say He Threatened to Kill His Neighbors

A man is under arrest after barricading himself inside his apartment for nearly three hours Saturday night after a fight with neighbors. At about 7:00 Saturday night 35-year old Scott Eric Jacobsen allegedly pulled out a gun and threatened to kill two of his neighbors. Police were called but couldn't make contact with Jacobsen who had gone back inside his apartment.

The Sioux Falls Police Department set up a perimeter and called in the SWAT team and Jacobsen was arrested peacefully just before 10:00. He's charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault.

Gosh thats a crazy story If I ever heard one. Poor neighbors. I bet their not sleeping to comftorably right now. Hopefully they figure something out w/ this man. Sounds like he needs some help.
