Watertown Police Investigate ATV Accident

The accident occurred this afternoon at about 4:20pm at the intersection of Highway 212 and 3rd Street Southwest in Watertown.

Police say there were two ATV's involved.  There is no word yet on the extent of their injuries.

I can believe it. I have seen on a couple of different occassions, a couple of 4 wheelers with two teenage guys and two teenage girls on back.. running along the shoulder are over by the airport in the ditches by the bike path. These cats were riding far to fast to be able to make a fast adjustment and a passenger on the back to boot! I believe the city and county needs to put more stringent requirements on 4 wheel drivers under the age of 18 !
